The Washington Post is reporting that Rob Portman White House Budget director is resigining. Jim Nussel a republican from Iowa will be taking his place. As usual he’s leaving to “spend more time with family”. Rumors are floating around that he may be examining a Senate bid in the future…
Jim Nussel a former representative from Iowa, ran a failed campaign for Iowa governor in ‘06. And also advised Rudy Guliani’s exploratory committee earlier this year before he announced his presidential bid.
